In partnership with RAIN WORKERS, Mulika Afrika is dedicated to empowering the Maasai community by addressing poverty and enhancing the well-being of women. Together, we train local leaders, known as RAIN WORKERS, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive change within their communities. These trained RAIN WORKERS play a crucial role in our joint mission, as they pass on what they’ve learned to others, creating a powerful snowball effect. This collaborative approach ensures that the benefits of our programs—spanning education, healthcare, and economic empowerment—are multiplied, reaching more people and fostering sustainable development across the Maasai lands.
